For most Americans, heart disease starts at birth. A new study indicates that overweight pre-teen girls are 10 times more likely to be overweight as adults and as a result are more likely to suffer from cardiovascular disease. The scientific research is overwhelming in supporting omega-3 fish oil for our hearts, but is there a particular group of people who should avoid omega-3s?
